Vapa is a marcomms agency specialized in strategic comms & content design. Our goal is to redefine the field of marketing communications: to help our clients become thought leaders and tell stories that stand out, convince and drive growth.
Most of our clients consist of large and mid-sized international B2B companies with a strong ambition to differentiate and grow through communication. We also work with many big Finnish B2C brands’ social media presence.
Wanted: experienced comms, marketing & content professionals to support our core-team
We are building a community of new partners to support our inhouse team. We are looking for content creators with specialisms in different industries, dynamic on-camera creators, editors and visual designers ensuring our clients always get the right expertise at the right time, without compromising on quality.
The client work we do requires a group of professionals with understanding of how content supports business and brand especially across technology, industry, sustainability and B2B communication.
We also value experience or curiosity in leveraging AI whether in AI-assisted content creation, visual generation, or data-driven ideation.

- Videography & editing professionals for higher production value purposes
- Visual and concept designers for ongoing social first concept design and execution (both B2B and B2C purposes)
- Producers & project managers
- PR & media relations (esp. industry specific freelancers)
- Bought social media: planning & production
