Sweco's work in the built environment is critically important but often feels technical and distant to a general audience. They needed a way to lead a broader, more human conversation about the future of cities.

Vapa designed and produced the 'Impactful City' podcast — and at its core, brokered a strategic partnership between Sweco's deep industry expertise and respected journalist Riku Rantala. Rantala's role was to translate Sweco's data and insights into engaging stories about how cities shape lives, making the content both accessible and authoritative.

The podcast elevated Sweco's public profile, positioning the company not only as technical experts but as visionary thought leaders committed to a more human-centred future — shifting the conversation from 'what we build' to 'how we want to live.'
