Unlocking team efficiency with practical AI training

Kasvuryhmä, a network of Finland's most ambitious growth companies, recognized the potential of AI but couldn't unlock meaningful efficiency gains. Teams were using tools like Google Gemini for basic tasks but needed help embedding AI into their core processes.

Vapa designed and delivered a 2-hour, hands-on 'Master Google Gemini' workshop tailored to the teams' real workflows. The training covered four modules: advanced prompting, AI-powered research, building searchable knowledge bases with Notebook LM, and designing custom AI agents ('Gems') for specific tasks. Participants left with a practical workbook of templates and prompts they could apply immediately.

Teams gained the skills to design and implement their own AI-powered workflows — from formatting meeting notes to running complex analysis — significantly speeding up internal processes. The program also gave participants the foundation to build additional AI solutions independently.
