What is the Thought Leadership Academy?

This is a year-long programme for individuals who want to grow their confidence and presence online. It suits founders, solo entrepreneurs, and people inside larger organisations building their own voice, whether as personal development or a way to test the format before a bigger company-wide investment.

You'll join a small cohort of people working towards the same goal, learning together and supporting one another for the full year. Training mixes in-person sessions with online learning, led by Vapa's own experts alongside guest lecturers who have built successful personal brands of their own.

Support comes from every angle: one-to-one coaching, group coaching, practical social media playbooks, and a peer group to keep you accountable.

The curriculum

What we'll work on together

The Academy draws on the same materials and methods used in Vapa's Social Media Ambassador Programme, adapted for individuals working on their own rather than as part of a company team. It also builds on Thought Leadership: Towards Corporate Influence with a Human Touch, Vapa's own book on this new phenomena.

The year closes with a graduation ceremony, marking the progress each person has made over the twelve months.
