The Challenge

With multiple business units and internal stakeholders, DNA's social media presence was at risk of becoming fragmented. The challenge was to enable cross-organizational collaboration on social media without diluting the brand experience.

The Approach

Vapa ran a series of workshops with stakeholders from across the organization to build a shared channel strategy from the ground up. The workshops defined the role of each social media channel, established clear internal processes and responsibilities, and produced shared content themes that every team could use as a common 'playbook.'

The Results

The shared operating model transformed DNA's social media presence from a fragmented collection of voices into a cohesive, collaborative ecosystem — enabling different teams to contribute consistently to a single, unified brand voice.
